ABOUT

Welcome to TMC // Agency.

I'm Matthew Cameron, and my journey to launch TMC has been anything but ordinary.

In 2019, I nearly took my own life.

The heartbreaking truth was that work played a massive role in pushing me to that dark place. I was the employee that companies tried to support with systems and initiatives, but I ultimately fell through the cracks.

I decided to turn my pain into purpose.

At TMC, we are an Employee Experience Agency driven by design thinking.

We use human-centered approaches to redesign workplaces, ensuring that employees thrive and businesses excel. Our mission is to align employee experiences with business success—because when people thrive, growth follows.

We specialise in using design thinking to enhance employee experiences, improve retention, develop leaders, and promote well-being. But we know that currently, both sides are compromising.

Many companies invest in well-being strategies without seeing real returns, treating it as a tick-box exercise or an expense. Meanwhile, employees are still burning out, disengaged, and falling through the cracks.

We go beyond traditional people operations by crafting tailored, impactful solutions that transform how employees engage with their work, while ensuring businesses see measurable results.

Our approach is rooted in empathy, creativity, and a relentless commitment to make work better for everyone - delivering thriving employees & thriving profits.

Values

With my story, this mission is personal. But three core values guide me every day.

People Driven

We put people at the heart of every strategy because we know that engaged, motivated employees drive business success.

No Bullsh*t

No fluff, no jargon—just real conversations, practical solutions, and a commitment to learning from every experience.

Success as a Non-Negotiable

Success for both people and businesses is our bottom line. There’s no compromise - everyone must win.
